Dr. Eric Yaeger first started working at this facility in 1990 and has been the Medical Director for more than a decade. Dr. Yaeger graduated from Harvard College with a degree in biology and attended medical school at the University of Colorado. He completed his residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, Colorado, and a fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical care at University of Arizona in Tucson. Dr. Yaeger has been involved in long-term acute care and has been instrumental in the development and research of new methods of liberation from prolonged mechanical ventilation including transtracheal augmented ventilation.
